The Origin: Born from Real Logistics Pain

Our founding team spent years working inside large freight forwarders. We saw opaque pricing, lost shipments, customs delays blamed on “systems,” and customers treated as nuisances rather than partners. We watched small exporters get crushed by demurrage fees because no one warned them about documentation cutoffs. We saw e-commerce brands abandon international growth because shipping felt like gambling.

So in 2015, we launched ISC with a simple, almost rebellious mission: do logistics differently.

We started with one 20-foot container of automotive parts from Vietnam to Los Angeles. We personally cleared it through customs, tracked it hourly, and delivered it two days early. That client still ships with us today.
