Yes. We handle everything: pickup from your warehouse, export customs, main carriage (sea/air), import customs, and final delivery to your customer’s door. One point of contact, one invoice.

• Packing list

• Bill of Lading (ocean) or Air Waybill (air)

• Certificate of origin (varies by country)

We help you prepare all documentation. Missing something? We’ll flag it before your cargo misses the vessel.

Use our live portal ISC Compass with your Bill of Lading or AWB number. You’ll see real-time location, customs status, and estimated delivery. Email/SMS alerts available for every milestone.

• FCL (Full Container Load): You rent an entire container. Cheaper per unit for large shipments (15+ CBM).

• LCL (Less than Container Load): Your cargo shares a container with others. Pay only for the space you use. Ideal for shipments under 15 CBM.

We recommend LCL for samples, small orders, or testing new markets.

Absolutely. Our licensed customs brokers handle all documentation, tariff classification, duty calculation, and communication with local authorities. We also offer landed cost estimates so you know total duties before shipping.

You’ll receive an automatic alert via email and SMS within 1 hour of any schedule change. For delays longer than 48 hours, your account manager will call you with a recovery plan (alternate routing, expedited last-mile, etc.). No automated phone trees — just a real person.

Yes, but with restrictions. We handle many DG classes (batteries, paints, aerosols, certain chemicals) as long as you provide proper MSDS, DG declaration, and compliant packaging. Some items (explosives, radioactive materials) require specialized carriers. Contact us before booking.

Yes — that’s one of our specialties. We move industrial machinery, turbines, construction equipment, and vehicles. Services include route surveys, crane loading, flat racks, open-top containers, and roll-on/roll-off (RoRo). Request a project cargo consultation for custom pricing.
